: Pharmanovia, the life cycle management company, has today launched a graduate programme offering university graduates a chance to take their first steps in the pharmaceutical sector. Aligned with the Government’s pledge to create ‘high-skilled’ jobs in the industry, Pharmanovia’s graduate programme champions equality and provides vital exposure in the early stages of graduates’ careers by offering placements within a disruptive and global business.
The company’s new scheme will offer university graduates the chance to contribute to key projects, learn best practices and processes, work closely with Pharmanovia’s leadership team, benefit from seasoned mentors, and develop a dynamic network. Placements are being offered within a variety of divisions, including Pharmanovia’s business development, data analytics, digital marketing, Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), and communications teams. At the end of the two-year tenure, successful candidates will be offered the chance to secure a full-time role at Pharmanovia.
