The Government is deciding whether to accept a new PFI deal from private health firms. The private investors want to invest £1 billion to expand their OWN facilities. In exchange, they’ll get access to NHS money for the long term.

New research by We Own It reveals that PFI (Private Finance Initiative) deals signed by Tony Blair’s government are still crippling the NHS to the tune of £44 billion. 

Time is running out to stop this deal. If it goes ahead, our NHS will be forced to waste even more money on private profits that should go towards caring for patients, for years to come.
